Head of Operations
Led end-to-end operations for large-scale childcare leadership initiatives, including the Childcare Culture Shock Summit — program flow, speaker coordination, event logistics, attendee experience. Designed scalable GoHighLevel systems for onboarding, marketing, and daily operations. Owns content strategy, social campaigns, lead generation, and partnerships.
Virtual Assistant | Content Manager
Developed SOPs, managed projects, maintained records, coordinated events, and tracked performance metrics. Provided technical platform support and graphic/video design. Executed SEO, copywriting, and social media strategy; onboarded clients and tracked leads.
